The Refurbishment of Lynne's Bench

This is a perfect example of how FLOOD products make all those DIY jobs an absolute breeze

This was Lynne's Bench BEFORE

Cleaning of the bench with DECKSWOOD cleaner. Removes the grey from weathered raw wood in one easy process
NO SANDING REQUIRED
(NB* DECKSWOOD Cleaner will not remove varnishes it is not a paint stripper)

DECKSWOOD Cleaner : applied on the bench with a brush and kept wet for 10 min then just rinsed off with a strong hose

DECKSWOOD Cleaner won't damage your wood or break down Glues, it even removes rust marks left by old screws and nails

Once you have rinsed off the DECKSWOOD Cleaner you immediately YES while the wood is still wet, apply the first coat of FLOODS SUPER STRONG SPA-N-DECK 100% ACRYLIC COATING 
Once the first coat has dried apply 2 further coats

NOTE HOW AFTER ALL 3 COATS THE GRAIN OF THE WOOD STILL SHINES THROUGH
The BEST thing about this whole process is not just how quick and easy it is but that  SPA-N-DECK will not crack ,peel or flake. All Lynne will have to do now to maintain her beautiful bench is a simple wash down with a mild soap and water to remove surface dirt followed by one light coat of SPA-N-DECK every year.
WITH SPA-N-DECK THERE IS NO MORE SANDING
